1. Payment Policy

  • All orders placed on our website are strictly prepaid.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and other options available at checkout via our secure payment gateways.
  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted, the refund will be processed by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable. Only exchanges are allowed, under the following conditions:
    • Incorrect size delivered
    • Product received in a damaged or defective condition

Reverse Pickup:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged from the customer’s shipping address.
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, the customer will need to self-ship the item to us.

Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events.
  • Products purchased using a credit voucher.

Product Availability:

  • If the requested size/product is out of stock, a store credit voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days.

Exchange Request Window:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Mandatory Conditions for Exchange:

  • A clear unboxing video or photograph of the product must be shared.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags intact.
  • Tags must not be removed.

Nivsss Heritage reserves the right to deny exchanges if any of the above conditions are not met.


3. Refund Policy

  • No monetary refunds are issued.
  • Eligible returns will be settled via store credit, valid for 30 days, minus applicable shipping fees.
  • Exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of ₹250.
  • Shipping fees, gift services, and gift cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return or credit.

4. Sale or Discount Policy

  • Only size exchanges are allowed on discounted items, for a shipping fee of ₹300, subject to stock availability.
  • No returns or store credits will be accepted on discounted items or items purchased using a promo code.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

  • Any missing or damaged item must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide a box-opening video and photographs clearly showing the issue and the outer packaging.
  • Our customer support team will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, and only for store credit.
  • Cancellations after 12 hours will not be accepted.
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are typically dispatched the next working day after confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time is 4–5 working days, depending on the location.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
  • Nivsss Heritage is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other natural disruptions.

8. Customer Support Policy

  • Customer support is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST.
  • Queries received after 10:00 PM will be addressed the following working day.

9. General Terms

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions listed in this policy.
  • Nivsss Heritage reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time without prior notice.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
